About the author

Hamza Aradi, RN, BSN

I am a nurse because I love people and I love taking care of them. Over my time at the bedside I learned that good nursing is not only knowing the right procedure. It is noticing the person in front of you, listening, and acting with kindness and skill.

I also learned how hard professional nursing can feel when the language is complicated and the steps are scattered. I wrote CarePath to change that. My goal is to make professional nursing easier to understand and practice, so that students, new nurses, caregivers, and anyone who cares for others can learn it and use it with confidence.

I wrote each statement in plain words, with a real situation, clear actions, and the reason behind each action, because care is best when people understand why they do what they do. I want everyone who cares for others to have a clear path.

This book is not finished the day it is printed. I want it to keep improving with every reader and every patient. If you find a way to make it clearer, safer, or more useful, I would be glad to hear it.

Thank you for reading, and for caring.
